Schwark Satyavolu is a Co-Founder and General Partner of Arc180, an early-stage technology investment platform that partners with immigrant entrepreneurs, providing them with access to global operating experience and global networks beyond just capital, to build transformational businesses in the US and beyond.
Schwark was previously a General Partner at Trinity Ventures focused on early stage investments in Fintech, Artificial Intelligence and Cloud Infrastructure startups. His investment portfolio includes Squire, Branch, Brightside, and Baton. A serial entrepreneur, Schwark co-founded two Fintech companies – Yodlee (YDLE, acquired by Envestnet for $590 million in 2015) and Truaxis (a Trinity portfolio company acquired by Mastercard in 2012).Today, he brings his entrepreneurial and broad operational experience to investments in fintech, AI and security startups.
Before joining Trinity, Schwark served as Executive Vice President at LifeLock, the leader in identity theft protection services, and as Global Head of Rewards and Offers at Mastercard.
An engineer by background, Schwark began his career at Microsoft after graduating with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras and an M.S. in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He is an inventor on 15 US patents.
